Bush Gardens

It's time to talk about one of my favorite amusement parks!! BUSH GARDENS in Tampa, FL!! It is one of my top five for sure! It has so much to do, and is a decent size. This is very important because it is also a zoo. I understand that these animals belong in the wild, but if they are being taken care of. Not being abused or neglected. Have two or more individuals in each habitat. Given plenty of room to not just survive, but actually live. Then I see nothing wrong with it. I personally feel that Bush Gardens put all of that into consideration when building this park. Lets go ahead and jump into cost! tickets are around $79 depending on what you get, and season passes range from $131-215. My family got season passes, and went a few times. I promise it was worth it. The season passes also come with free parking.

The park has so many activities to do with the family from eating decently priced food, to seeing a bunch of shows. There also is a ton of rides, and animals. They also offer hand on interactions with the animals. One of my favorites was "Lory Landing"; in this exhibit you could feed, and hold birds. None of the birds were forced into anything. All you had to do was hold food and wait for one to land on you. It was a fun experience! They have about 15 rides that accommodate for every guest. Yes, obviously with it being an amusement park there are a lines, but the wait times are not as bad as other parks I've been

to. One of my favorite rollercoaster rides has to be "Sheikra", it has a huge drop, and a little water at the end. Another one I like comes with a great view. You get to see the whole park and animals from a birds prospective. The "Sky Ride" is a cable ride that takes you from one side of the park to the other. It is such a great experience, and I felt very safe the whole time! It would be a perfect ride for children! It also is just an easier way to get from one side of the park to the other faster than walking. Animal wise, the park has about 16 main habitats, but the opportunity to see over 300 different species of animals!

They also have 6 areas for hands on interactions and 9 tours of habitats. This park offers an experience most people will never forget. I can happily say that when I have kids of my own we will be returning to this park. I highly recommend this place for every family vacation. This is not a park you can see, and enjoy everything in one day. I would recommend two or three if you can. If that isn't do able, then look into what the park has to offer. Map out what would be best for you and your family to do in the one day you have. This way you won't get there, and waste time trying to decide what to do. Always leave room for possible changes, because once you get there something may look way more appealing in person than online. I will include some more photos below that I took when on my trip! Enjoy and I hope you plan a trip soon.
